Returns & Cancellation Policy

At GTCS Consulex, we strive to provide exceptional service to our clients. Our Returns & Cancellation Policy aims to ensure transparency, fairness, and satisfaction for both parties involved. Please review the following policy carefully:

Cancellation of Services

  1. Cancellation Before Service Commencement: Clients may request to cancel a scheduled service before the commencement date and time. We require at least [7] hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid any cancellation fees. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee, which will be communicated to the client upon cancellation.
  2. Cancellation Due to Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events (such as extreme weather conditions or emergencies), either party may cancel or reschedule the service without penalty. We will work with the client to accommodate any necessary changes to the service schedule.

Refunds

  1. Refunds for Prepaid Services: If a client has prepaid for a service that is canceled by GTCS Consulex or by mutual agreement, a refund will be issued for the unused portion of the prepaid amount. Refunds will be processed within [7] business days and issued via the original payment method.
  2. No-Show Policy: If a client fails to show up for a scheduled service appointment without prior notice, the full service fee may be charged, and no refund will be issued.

Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule a service appointment if needed. We appreciate advance notice for rescheduling requests and will make every effort to accommodate the client’s preferred rescheduled date and time, subject to availability.

Client Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to ensuring client satisfaction with our services. If a client is not satisfied with the service provided, they are encouraged to contact us within 3 days of service completion to discuss their concerns. We will work with the client to address any issues and strive to find a satisfactory resolution.
